Coaches

We know what is possible, how and where we can move people, teams and organizations. Each of our projects rekindles this enthusiasm and makes us get to work with joy and happiness. So we can always discover new ways and directions.

As psychologists we connect a profound understanding of the human psyche with the latest findings in brain research and modern concepts of organizing techniques. We work in German and English.

 

 

 

Isabella Trauth, Diplom Psychologist

  • Mental trainer (Silva-Mind-Method)
  • Psychotherapist (including psychodynamic psychotherapy, integral somatic psychotherapy , psychodrama therapy)
  • Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (working on basis of neuropsychology)
  • Several years of leadership-experience as a manager of human resources
  • 15 years of experience as a management-consultant in major consulting companies

Evelyn Maucher, Psychologist M.Sc

  • psychologist m.d. – focus on decision-psychology, social- and organizational psychology, has worked several years as clinical psychologist in private institutions, focus on addiction, burn-out- symptomatology and depression (including psychodynamic psychotherapy, she is also a certified body-psychotherapist)
  • certified pedagogue with focus on adult education
  • has many years of experience in managing courses in adult education
  • has many years of experience in methods based on meditation and mindfulness
  • trained at the Esalin Institute, CA, in the Integral Leadership Program

Johanna Flau

She is our assistant, takes care of the daily routine-jobs. She coordinates appointments, patiently looks after the office-work, organizes seminars and trips and works on a lot of other things in the background

We work together with a capable network of experienced and specialized advisors. We learn from them and they help us in the development of solutions.

For example the experienced experts for lean management, leadership-agility, visual communication, group-dynamics, event management, company theater and for different methods of project management.

If needed, we involve colleagues in our projects.
